Recently in the past three days I have done alot of work on the boat: two brand new alternators, new platinum plugs, new wires, new belts, new water pump and impeller, three brand new batteries and one deep cycle battery. 2002 BOSTON WHALER 275 Con Quest., Clean Low Hour, powered by Twin 275 Mercury optimax Outboards and VERY well equipped for fishing or cruising.Fully loaded, anchor windlass, hardtop, outriggers, cruising package, full electronics package, fishing package, coast guard package, excellent condition. It's heavily built on a deep vee hull, and, like ALL Whaler models, the inner hull is filled with closed-cell foam flotation making her unsinkable even if swamped. While the CONQUEST is primarily a fishing boat, her spacious interior and generous cockpit seating also make her a most capable weekend family cruiser. A foldaway transom seat (which makes switching from cruising to fishing a breeze!), two large in deck fishboxes, a transom door and a circular livewell are standard equipment in the cockpit.. A comfortable sette/lounge to port forms the "companion seat/lounge area" opposite the starboard helm seat. The cabin is arranged with a convertible V-berth/pedestal dinette forward, an enclosed head with vanity and toilet, a galley to port with refrigerator,sink and microwave and a compact mid cabin berth which can be used as an additional berth or as a great storage area. Additional features include an integrated swim transom/platform;bow pulpit;wide sidedecks for easy bow access, plenty of rod storage inside and out, and tackle storage. This is a true creampuff. She is bristol with all the equipment needed for fishing inshore as well as offshore. Her twin 225 Optimax have another year of warranty and will get you were you want quickly and economically.
